A New England pale ale using a new yeast variety claiming to be the juiciest on the market! We had to test that out so we threw it on a tweaked up version of the suns out guns out recipe and It’s definitely impressed us. Expect a great mouth feel and a finish that keeps on giving. Subtle bitterness followed by a huge citrus, pine and resinous hop flavour that comes through in waves. A sessionable pale that’s perfect for the end of the day (or the start)

Keg at Awakening Festival 2022, Gosport. Pours hazy, milky yellow with a tight white cap. Aroma: tangy citrus & stone fruits, light sour. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, semi-dry, more tangy citrus and stone fruit. Thin to medium body, milky on the palate, with fine carbonation.

Keg at Awakening Fest, Gosport. Tangy fruity slightly sour aroma with sweet core. Hazy pale pineapple yellow. Thin creamy white head soon recedes. Tangy citrus and stone fruit. Bitter edge. Thin. Watery. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Not particularly exciting.
