Can ordered from the brewery. Now 9%. Aroma has barrel booze, dried fruit with low key coffee and liquorice. Dark. Glossy cola brown. Thin foamy tan head. Sweet with a touch of sourness. Dark fruit and berries. Vanilla. This is followed by liqourice and tobacco bitterness. Boozy hit. Medium bodied. Oily. Average carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Sweet yet boozy. Slightly too much so for my liking.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A thick murky dark brown coloured pour with a fine light tan head. Aroma is oily, meaty roast, ash, singed brown sugars, meaty liquorice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sticky brown sugars, burnt sugars, light ash, oily, maple, dark cocoa, meaty, oily, hazelnut. Palate is semi sweet, oily, little flabby, mellow carbonation. Not a huge fan of this.

11/1/2022. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours black with a small frothy beige coloured head. Aroma is ashy, liquorice, roasted malts, dark chocolate, dried fruits. Moderate sweetness, slight tartness, boozy bitter burn. Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Heartburn finish. Enjoyed it but preferred the others I had from them tonight.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/01/22. Black with a decent tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, dried red berries, chocolate, spice, mellow roast. Taste comprises chocolate, caramel, dried fruit rinds, toffee, chocolate, dark malts, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a very modest trace of bourbon. Ok easy sipping impy but lacks depth for the ABV ... a touch on the basic side.

Can: Poured a black with a bubble tan color head. Aroma is roasted malts, boozy, alcohol, nail polish. Taste is roasted malts, boozy, chocolate, alcohol burn.
