Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmรถ crew - (as Phoenix Cherrry Mild) Dark reddish amber with a off white head. Sweet fruity and sweet toasted malty with some cherry fruity accents, nutty notes, some caramel, fudge, medium body, toasted sweet cherry tinged malty close.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, dusty, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, nutty, dusty, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits and hops. Burnt sugar finish.
