Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, apple, funky, caramel - sweet apple, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, little sulphur, little tart, acid and has a nice sweet and sour finish.
