First brewed for Christmas 2019 this proved such a hit it is now a permanent fixture.
Made with traditional English ingredients - Maris otter barley malt and Goldings hops, and fermented with a special blend of English and Belgian Yeasts this results in a spicy, citrusy beer with a pleasing pithy bitterness thanks to the addition of Clementines in the boiling process.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma combines two types of sweetness - the clementines and sweet yeasty candy sugar. Clear gold. Frothy foamy white head. Light bitter. Grains and spice. Sweet caramel and unintrusive clementine. A flicker of sourness. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Wasn't sure how this would turn out but the clementine compliments the Belgian base.
