In Silico refers to experiments conducted on computer chips - on silicon. This beer however is very real; it's a real collaboration between ourselves and long time friend and all-around lovely person, Andy Parker and his brewery Elusive.
Taking inspiration from a beer known for its rancorous bitterness and balanced Anglo-Belge aroma, we created an aromatic and drinkable bitter blonde beer that involved stuffing the kettle to the limit with Herefordshire Goldings and Mandarina Bavaria.

Can ordered from Elusive. Aroma had sweet candy sugar and citrus, sherbert and yeast. Opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Medium bitter - dry fruity citrus. Tart. Yeasty edge. Peppery. Sherbert. Peripheral ghostly hints of sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable - yes, a hoppy blonde.
