Tasting at Papsø
Dark amber color; medium sized head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and cereals, with nice bottom-fermentation fruitness; light bread. The body is less strong than expected, with caramel flavor, getting drier at the end, with increasing bitterness and alcohol perception. Easy.
