Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy light amber color; small head. Aroma of smoked beans. Simple flavor, with a light smoke touch. Strange. Weak but not too bad.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, smoke - is it an infection? leading to a dry finish.
