Bitter apple, dry & tart.

Clear golden with no head. Aroma was dry with natural apples. Flavour was quite dry with lemons, natural apples and it finished dry/sourish. Nice.

Plastic cask, 5.8% at GBBF08. Quite citric aroma. Clear golden colour. Really nice flavour, very acidic with some honey, rips your throat a bit. Great.
