Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of wood and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of butter, diacethyl, and dusty hops, leading to a dry finish.

Red brown with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with butter, roasted malt and caramel notes. Flavour was sweet with hard roasted malt, rye, bread and butter notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear dark brown with a warm, reddish hue and a small, off-white head. Roasted malty aroma with a whiff of butter. Light body with hard roasted malts, vanilla and again a touch of butter. Finishes dry with a light malt bitterness. 010209

From bottle, blindtasting #5. Pours clear and deep brown with a reddish golden glare with a diminished off-white head. Dry hardroasted malty aroma, mild butterish note. Dry and hardroasted malt flavoured. Bitter, breadish and slight spiced flavoured with a subdued hops note. Ends medium dry and roasted.
