Bottle 75 cl. Cloudy and opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, roasted malts and a little metal. Medium body, dark fruits, roasted malts and vanilla. Some alcohol in the finish - in spite of nothing much there!

Bottled as Nr. 169: mørk, hyldeblomst, perle, centennial. A brown beer with sediment floating around under an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, wood, and ginger, as well as lighter notes of elderflowers and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and chocolate, and lighter notes of roasted malt and elderflowers, leading to a dry roasted finish, where the chocolate note lingers.
