Bottled as Nr. 169: mørk, hyldeblomst, perle, centennial. A brown beer with sediment floating around under an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, wood, and ginger, as well as lighter notes of elderflowers and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and chocolate, and lighter notes of roasted malt and elderflowers, leading to a dry roasted finish, where the chocolate note lingers.
