ABV: 4.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light to moderate earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cookie, biscuit malt, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181020]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops and flowers. Light buttery and bitter finish.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Clear golden witha white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hay, fruity and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 201018
