Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 30th September 2022. Clear pale amber with shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Fruity hoppiness in aroma with fresh malts. Zesty peel, spiced fruits and more than just a hint of smoke in-mouth. A finish of smoked spiciness, citrus and a little bitterness. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - golden with a nicely proportioned white head. Nose - pine, lemon and caramel. Taste - caramel, mainly. Palate - light to medium bodied, a bit sweet. Overall - a bit too sweet for the style.

12/7/2019. Cask at the Red Lion, Cricklade. Pours bright amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, malt, citrus, tropical fruits and straw. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Nice.
