5oz pour at brewery. Pours clear blonde with white head. Aroma is pretty meek, gentle earthy/leafy quality. Flavour is tart, a bit of citrus, woody, low acidity, reasonably high carbonation. Pretty solid stuff, the quince contributes without overpowering.

473mL can, pours a clear pale copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart pears and apples, with a touch of lacto. Flavour brings out a nice simple but refreshing tart pear and apple hybrid, with a touch of lacto, and subtle acidity. Refreshing and well-made. Pleasant.

Hazy, no head, pale. Quite tart, fair amount of quince up front. Tart palate, nice quince notes. Fairly simple but refreshing and balanced.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond colour, no visible head, dull hue. Tart, light, dry, surely this has a strong quince character. Refreshing.

Taster. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: tart with nice fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, with some notes of Belgian Saison. Overall: good.
