Bag in a box at Station House, Durham. Golden amber colour, no head and twiggy, sulphury, apple aroma. Taste is vinegary, tart, apple, solventy, with tangy apple notes and some drying light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy solventy acidic finish. OK

Bag in a box at the Orchard, Bristol 23/1/2019. Deep gold in colour, with a touch of carbonation. Dryish apple juice, oak and a hint of the barnyard before a dryish finish. Fine.

Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, sweet apples, tart apples, green apples, yellow apples, medium dry.
