Somehow I've never had this from fair isle? It's incredibly delicious. Soft white peaches for days. It'd be better with palisade peaches 😏 but these are great too. Like semi tart peach rings, effervescent and sweet.

Pale. Slight haze. Tart, juicy, oh that’s nice peaches. The pomaceous acidity is really nice here. drier and tarter than the equivalent floodland but that’s a mean baseline…this is exceptional peach beer.

375mL bottle. Pours cloudy blonde with small white head. Aroma has a nice rustic funkiness with lots of oak and peaches; acidity up front with more juiciness following. Flavour has a lot juicy, moderately sour peach, nice woody funkiness and an oaky finish. Very nice.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of oak, juicy peaches, plenty of acidity, and gentle bugginess. Flavour is quite juicy, with plenty of juicy peaches that have been largely fermented out; there's low-to-moderate acidity for a stone fruit wild ale. In addition, there's plenty of oak and bugs in there to complement the nice peach character, finishing fairly dry, reasonably acidic, and oaky. Hard to call it one of Fair Isle's more complex beers, but this is well-made as usual.
