Made with premium Italian barley and a blend of Munich malts. This amber coloured German lagered ale was single decocted for added malt depth, gently hopped with Hallertau and fermented with a classic German ale yeast.

Poured from the tap @ Luppolo. Clear-ish medium chestnut brown with full off white head. Toasted dry bread crusts, feint hops and caramel malt. Very well balanced.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma smells right on point, with dry bready malt and a bit of toasted caramel. Flavour follows accordingly, with big dry bready malt, a touch of toasted caramel, and a hint of woodiness. It's like drinking an alt in Dusseldorf. Nailed this.

6oz pour at brewery. Pours murky amber with off-white head. Aroma has dry caramel and bready malts. Flavour has nice toasty malt profile, dry caramel, and dry finish. I don't have a solid point of reference for the style, but this is very enjoyable.

Amber-brown, thin head, slight haze. Aroma is mostly caramel, with a bit of malt complexity. It’s toasty, good malt complexity, touch yeasty in the finish, good body, woody hops, definitely aiming for the upper end of the style.
