Hops and Annapolis Valley apples combine in harmonious balance for a citrus-forward, hoppy cider. The apple blend complements the gentle bitterness characteristic of dry-hopped brews. Cascade and Comet varieties bring to the mix notes of lemon and mouthwatering grapefruit. The hops are add post-fermentation to create a dry yet fruit-forward balance with a herbaceous nose.

4oz pour at Dresden Row taproom. Pours clear pale yellow. Flavour has crisp apples and a bit of farmhouse stuff. Flavour is semi-sweet, some apples and wood. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow cider with medium carbonation. Aroma of light apple notes with dry floral hops notes also noticeable. Taste is a nice mix of lightly sweet apple with nice leafy hops notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Quite enjoyable and very well balanced.
