375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orangey amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma has plenty of fermented out honey, some grape skins, and some earthy farmhouse character. Flavour has quite a complex profile of musty grape skins, mostly fermented out honey, some hay, and light funk. Perhaps doesn't have the deepest complexity, but the balance is good and there's nice depth to it.

375mL bottle. Pours very murky pale red with small white head. Aroma has leather, wild yeast, blueberry, wet straw. Flavour has blueberry, leather, straw, gentle wild yeast. Fairly tame, but really nice and complex profile.

Pale purple, slight haze, no head. On the nose, this has a vinous note, a touch of honey. On the palate, it's got a dryish saison base, light cab sauv that certainly lends some juicy vinous character, and the honey actually jumps out a bit more with floral accents. Quite enjoyable.
