Hazy and pale, medium head. Light body, brett, lean, dry, herbaceous, touch of malt. Good, light table saison.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours clear blonde with small white head. Aroma has a soapy quality with some dry, rustic notes. Flavour is quite rustic, lots of dry wood. Pretty impressive for a low-ABV saison.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light tart citrus and some rustic notes. Flavour is dry, with gentle rustic saison yeast, a touch of citrus, and earthiness. Rustic, citrusy, and somewhat earthy. Decent for a low ABV saison.
