Bright gold, not much head. Bright vinous aroma, and a deep white wine palate with moderate acidity and bugs. Nice bit of back sweetness, too. Complex, rounded, this really comes together.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours cloudy yellow with almost no head. Aroma has musty grape skins, dry barrels, and lots of rustic yeast. Flavour is similar with a lot of dry wood and grape must; excellent.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of musty grape skins, with wild yeast, and dry oak. Flavour is very dry, with lots of white wine grape skins, rustic farmhouse yeast, and oak. Lovely incorporation of the grape skins. Complex, dry and elegant. Wonderful.
