Flower Town is a very tasty blend of saisons and spontaneous beers aged in oak and stainless steel, and brewed between 2020 and 2023. We aged the beer on dandelions from our field and chamomile from our garden. The dandelions bring a light earthy and pollen character to the beer and the chamomile brings a bunch of fruitiness and white gummy bear notes. It’s complex with mellow acidity and funk, and it’s one of the coolest saisons we’ve made to date!

750ml (thx, Matt!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, chamomile, some sweetness, bold. Taste: along the same lines, very prominent chamomile. Overall: pretty good.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with minimal white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast, weeds, tons of chamomile. Flavour has wild yeast, white wine gummie, dry wood. Very solid; nice and dry, lots of herbal character.

Hazy and pale, and thin head. Floral and a touch yeasty. There's a nice buggy note here and the floral accents complement the sweet base malt. Off-dry finish. Mild acidity. Pretty good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy blonde gold with small white head. Lightly bitter dandelion note (kind of arugula-like flavour), feint oak, just a hint of chamomile, rustic saison yeast, fairly dry, oddly enjoy this blend more than I expected.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice bouquet of buggy wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, and gentle floral notes. Flavour is lightly tart, with citrus, rustic saison yeast, some bugs, light dandelion, and a touch of chameleon. Rustic, citrusy, and floral notes on the finish, with a nice grainy mouthfeel. Good stuff.
