750ml (thanks, Matt!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy peachy with a white head. Aroma: quite nice, with light cherries, cherry stones, and pleasant rustic notes. Taste: along the same lines, dry, cherry and cherry stones. Overall: good one.

Pale pink, some haze, though not much head. Light cherry aroma, with some oak and a bit of brett. Soft fruit, a light tartness, nice oaky finish. Relatively light body. It's pretty good.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy off-orange with white head. Aroma has rustic wild yeast, oak, red cherries. Flavour has dry rustic yeast, light cherries, dry wood. Aroma is quite promising, flavour errs too much on the dry side. Pretty good, but definitely needs a bit of work.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy salmon pink-ish orange with small white head. Aroma is a florally light grain mix culture. Taste you get the cherries with light tartness, decent, but still lacks a slight bit of complexity.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy vibrant pink with a small white head. Aroma has a nice oakiness upfront, gentle rustic saison yeast, and faded cherry pith. Flavour is fairly subdued on the cherries, with light cherry pith, gentle oak tannins, some assertive spritziness, and a touch of toasted grains. Oaky, lightly cherry-ish, and pretty subtle in general. It's solid, but pretty underwhelming.
