A collaboration beer between Boombox Brewing and Temporal Artisan Ales, this hazy IPA is fermented with a new hybrid yeast, Pomona (created by @escarpmentlabs & @lallemandbrewing), that is designed to produce peach, citrus and tropical fruit flavour and aroma.

This beer has a seismic charge of hops including Citra and El Dorado, with a mid-fermentation dry hop of Amarillo to maximize yeast biotransformation. An additional dry hop of Nelson Sauvin enhances the resonance with notes of gooseberries and white wine grapes.

Cloudy blond colour. Citrus zest, light passion fruit, light weed. It's off-dry, with smooth mouthfeel; decent base, for a Hazie; the hopping is very well done, with zesty and weedy notes, bitter orange, light pith and alcohol in the finish. Excellent.

16oz @ Alex's garage during a movie night. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: some tropical fruits and grass, a bit dusty. Taste: along the same lines, crispy, some nice little sweetness. Finishes with tropical fruits bitterness. Overall: pleasant.

Pale and cloudy, with light bitterness. It's a bit yeasty, I mean it's okay for a hazy.

8oz pour at The Magnet. Pours opaque yellow with white head. Aroma has some oily dankness and citric tropical fruit. Flavour has peach, smooth white wine, some dankness. Very juicy, only a little bit of chalk. If more hazies were like this I'd be less jaded.

Poured from 473mL can. Opaque yellow with white head. Lots of gas fumes (no mosaic?), tropical tang, hint of citrus, and a fair bit of chalky yeast. Minus the chalky yeast, this is decent, but it's verging on yeast soup unfortunately. Will take Juicy AF or especially Still Alive over this.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours an opaque muddled yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some petroleum, dank hops, a touch of hopburn, and muddled yeast. Flavour is juicy and mildly dank, with dank hops, juicy stone fruit pith, and a touch of hopburn. Pretty good clarity for a hazy, finishing fruity and lightly dank. Decent.
