Pale and grey, and unfortunate colour. Medium head. Some onion. Tart, with light brettanomyces, and mellow pear and melon notes.

8oz pour at The Magnet. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma has some wild yeast and grassy hoppiness. Flavour has astringent wild yeast, dry wood, sour mold. Not really coming together for me, too much astringency with nothing to balance.

Poured from the tap @ the Magnet. Hazy yellow with no head. Brett, hops, and a soft vinous note. Comes together decently minus a subtle soapy flavour in the background. Okay.

Can pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tons of brett, big dry-hopping, and some citrus zest. Flavour is a bit harsh, with lots of juicy stone fruits, harsh brett, and big dry-hopping. A bit harsh—the brett and hops don't work that well together. Okay.

500ml from ES @ home shared with wife. Appearance: deep golden with a nice white head. Aroma: nice American Saison fruity notes with barrel character. Taste: crispy, nice barrel character, fruity with grapes notes and other layers. Low to moderate acidic. Overall: a bit more acidic than I like, but it is quite nice and complex beer.
