This is our new addition to our lager series. A crisp Mexican light lager brewed with fresh grapefruit zest and flaked salt imported from "El Valle Salado" located in Ananas, Spain.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma has light stonefruit. Flavour has light stonefruit, some citrus. Very mediocre.

Hazy and quite pale. No head. Simple grapefruit nose, simple palate too. But it works fine.

On tap at Astilleros, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of sweetened grapefruit zest and some gentle straw. Flavour is much the same, with straw and sweetened grapefruit zest. Very industrial lager-like with cheap sweetness grapefruit. I'm not the target market for this, obviously.
