Brewed with a variety of kilned and and roasted specialty malts, Cerasus was fermented in ex-bourbon american oak for 12 months on a delicate Belgian yeast strain and a souring mixed culture, isolated from one of our foeders. With the addition of cherry to finish fermentation, you'll find this special summer release slightly mouth puckering but dry and refreshingly spritzy. Taste notes of complex earthy aromatics from the natural fermentation deep cherry, leather, spice and almond. This is the perfect lazy hot summer afternoon beer.

12oz pour at brewery. Pours a murky brown with a tan head; looks like diarrhea. Aroma is bitter, mouldy fruit. Flavour is cherries and balsamic vinegar gone bad. Why the fuck would this be served?
