Soulwax IPA is dry hopped with Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra Cryo, and Galaxy. It has a bit of a different grain bill than we normally use with the goal of creating more body and roundness. We taste notes of passionfruit, candied orange, pepper and pineapple.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, orange, pineapple, peach, mango, earthy yeast and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, oats, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. A little hoppy for a Hazy, but still juicy and enjoyable.

On tap at brewery. Pours opaque yellow with white head. Aroma is resinous; notes of tropical fruit. Flavour has cat piss, light citrus, pine. Mouthfeel is a bit chalky, but not too egregious.

Pale and opaque. Thin head. Orangey accents, some hop burn, light pale malt. The orange note is nice but this needs a brighter expression of that.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy yellow with small white head. Citrus and berry hops, some hop burn, massive chalk, this is quite bad.

On tap at Superflux, pours an opaque, filthy, milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of intense hopburn, chalk galore, perfumey turpentine, Jesus…. Flavour is an absolute monstrosity of chalk and hopburn — there's actually some nice tropical fruitiness to it, but that is dominated by the totally incompetent base. Useless stuff — incredible that this sells (I dink-poured it).
