Pour yourself a Rozedag and sink into a tall cold glass of golden hour. For the 2024 edition of our Pride beer, we perked up a crisp sessionable ale with spicy ginger and juicy peach. It's the balanced sort of refreshment that pairs best with warm welcomes and warmer afternoons.

Pale, opaque, medium head. Soft, malty, with light peach. The ginger shows up in the finish but overall this is fairly delicate. Would like this to be a bit “more” but that’s not necessarily the style

On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by juicy peaches, a touch of ginger, and some spicy saison yeast. Flavour is spicy and fruity, with plenty of ginger and juicy peaches upfront, backed by a slightly rustic saison yeast character. Finishes dry and yet fruity. Not the most invigorating fruited/spiced beer, but it's reasonably well-made.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours murky pale yellow with white head. Aroma has esters. Flavour has a bunch of esters, some fresh ginger; peach is hard to detect. Mouthfeel is on the thicker side. It's fine.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/04/2024). Hazy blonde gold with small white head. Very much a simple witbier with a touch of peach and just a feint hint of ginger. Fine for what it is, but nothing very interesting.
