For our tenth anniversary, we carefully selected our most unique and highly expressive wild barrels. Our Cuvee Blend consists of three distinct threads: Farmhouse Golden with wine grapes, Brett Table Saison, and Biere de Garde. Sunset orange in appearance, the nose evokes tropical fruit and wild rose petals. Dry on the palate with complex acidity, fruitness, and a touch of oak, X represents ten years of brewing evolution and community at Oakshire. Thank you from the bottom of our glasses and here's to ten more!

750mL bottle. Pours clear gold with large, fast-receding white head. Aroma has musty grape skins, wood, leather. Flavour is also quite musty with wild yeast, a bit of wine grape; very dry overall. Excellent dry wild ale, lots of musty, wild yeast well-incorporated into the beer.

Pale amber. Not much head on this. Aroma has a little bit of brett, and a little bit of orange. Grapes. Stone fruit. Mild tartness. Moderate fruitiness, finishing dry and a bit of woodiness. Relatively light body. Almost champagne-like. This is nice, I can see this getting better as it goes.

750mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a large, quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma has the character of a biere de garde, with plenty of old wood, musty brett, a touch of rose petals, and oak. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of old wood, buggy wild yeast, some musty brett, light rose petals, and a touch of oak. Very dry, harmonious bugs, and light oak on the finish. Very nice blend.
