Opaque with no head. Phenolic, with some fruitiness, medium yeastiness, and lowish hop character.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse 2024. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma has dry grass, straw, spicy saison yeast. Flavour has dry saison yeast and dry hay. Solid.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some vegetal notes, herbaceous notes, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is dry, with rustic saison yeast, cereal grains, and dry citrus. Dry and grainy. A bit herbaceous but it works.
