FHF 2024. Appearance: white with some peachy notes and white head. Aroma: some nice apples and quince, apple skins. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good one.

Cloudy, tart, nice complex fruit, mild spiciness. Off-dry finish. A bit of pear character, and I don't eat enough quince to really tell.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a cloudy blonde, no head. Aroma is soft and muddled, with some hay, light acidity, and soft apple core. Flavour is aggressive, with lots of hay, apple core and gentle acidity. A bit too abrasive without the integration and complexity to boot. Meh.
