Poured from 750mL bottle. Griggs blend Flowerful Biere de Coupage. Clear gold with small white head. Botanical aroma with some plastic packaging (like an Asian grocery store dried seaweed packaging). Mild sourness, mild dry-ness, fairly botanical, just okay.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours murky yellow with white head. Aroma has funk, dirty leather, subtle stonefruit. Flavour has leather, old wood, funk. Pretty solid

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has notes of black tea, floral hops, and gentle stone fruit, with subdued wild yeast. Flavour is earthy and somewhat muddled, with black tea, earthy rustic yeast, and gentle floral hops. A bit muddled but there's a good body underneath. Solid.

FHF 2024. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: interesting fruity hops, some Middle East spices. Taste: along the same lines, crispy, a bit dry. Overall: ok.

Bretty, C, black pepper (super fresh upper echelon varietals), lemon balm. Light body, slightly acidic. Very good. Not as complex on the palate as the nose but still damn fine.
