Pale, with a thin head. Light peppery nose. Lots of pepper on the palate. Clean base malt. Peppery, bright finish - that must be the herbals coming through and I'm only able to understand them as black pepper. It's intense but I like it.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours cloudy pale yellow with white head. Aroma has some pale Brett, pithy citrus, and pale malts. Flavour has pithy citrus, dry malts. pretty solid.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with intense black pepper, some white wine grapes, and some funk. Flavour is dry and funky, with intense black pepper, lots of funk, and musty dry grape skins. Intense black pepper. Delicious.

FHF 2024. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: smells like a can with black pepper to me. Taste: along the same lines, funk, smooth body. Overall: pretty good.
