The Incredible is back. This preposterously smooth 10.60% Triple IPA is brewed with a duo of PNW-grown pale and pilsner malts and balanced by a bounty of our favorite hop varietals for smooth flavors of resin, pineapple, and ripe melon.
We revamped The Incredible this year, focusing on a crisp, dry finish with an intense hop aroma and a dangerously smooth body. It’s fully loaded with CTZ CO2 extract, Comet, Chinook, Nugget Salvo, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Cashmere, Chinook, and Nugget CGX (from @crosbyhops).

There's a slight haze, but this is luminescent, with a thick head. Sticky cannabis hops...high density resin here, with a touch of allium, pear, and maybe a bit of cantaloupe in there as well. On the palate, a surprising orangey note up front. Clean pale malts, rich bitterness, resinous, and a decent alcohol hit in the finish. But it's well-integrated. Lychee and orange in the finish. Very good TIPA.

On tap at Loyal Legion. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is super dank with a bit of light citrus zest. Flavour is jammed full of dank character; very full-bodied. Incredible dank hop expression without being oily.

On tap at Loyal Legion PDX, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is mega dank, with lots of pot-like hops, lots of pine, and some resins. Flavour is oily and dank, with tons of pot-like hops, resinous hop oils, some pine, and dankness. Intense but tastefully done. Excellent.
