Cask as Maritime Best, half pint shared with Finn at Maritime Inn. Spotty lacing from a dissipating off-white head. Clear amber body. Modest brown malty nose. Malty flavours of nuts and caramel followed by moments of dried fruits towards a bittersweet ending. Fair enough (Plymouth 22.09.2016).

On gravity at the Green Man, Bristol 11/10/2012. Medium brown in colour with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of hedgerow fruits, cereal malts and leafy hops. Flavour had solid malts, a touch more fruit and decent, bitter finish. Good.
