Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, tart apples, apple skin, green apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181019]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Cloudy golden without head. Aroma is red apples and light tart apples. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 191018
