Description

Frank Wood started making Cider in September 2008. Launched in 2009 Woody's Cider has fast gained a reputation for quality and taste. Made from locally sourced varieties of apples (or pears), collected, milled and pressed in season, the juice is then left to ferment on its own sugars and yeasts for a minimum of 12 months. Usually dry at about 6% ABV, sugar can be added to suit customer requirements. Our best seller is Medium Dry Cider, and we have also produced a cyser called Dr Bobs Honey Cider in his Memory, specifically for the Stoke Beer Festival, which was delicious. S
