A blend of golden sour beer picked w/ Hudson Valley!. The blend was barrels aged for two and a half years before re-fermenting on 200 pounds of pluots from Mick Klug Farm. The beer was then conditioned on orange-lemon balm and lemon verbena, grown by the team at Hudson Valley, nottle conditioned

A hazed golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, tart mix of ground cherry, lactic acid, light cork, Epsom salts, very intense. In mouth, a nice mix of tart berries, ground cherry, light lactic notes, light buttery notes, very nice and complex. On tap at ChurchKey.
