# 2920; 5/2022. Farmyard and honey aroma. Clear godl body; no head. No carbonation, tart apple, citrus, honey. Good rustic cider. 0,5, clear glass bottle, local shope (Co-op), Lincoln (Lincolnshire, England).

1/7/2021. From BIAB at the Fat Cat, Ipswich. Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma is crisp tart apples, touch of citrus. Dry and tart to taste. Medium body, low carbonation. Tangy long tart finish.

BIAB at Hop & Vine, Hull. pale golden colour, no head and funky apple aroma. Taste s tart, tangy, fruity apple, with horseblanket and citric, melon notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart citric acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple - pear, celery, tart, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate acidic with a long duration, apple, tart, pear, yellow apple, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181019]
