(Tap) Clear golden with good white head. Pleasant aroma with notes of toast and honey. Light body with plenty of soft carbonation giving a nice mouthfeel. Taste has pleasant bready malt, gentle sweetness, grassy notes and a crisp bitter finish. Very nice.

A lightly hazed golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light grassy hops, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with resinous Czech hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, very nice. On tap at Notre Dame location.
