A burgundy red saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light black currant, light Brett, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of blackberry, currant, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. Bottle at mondiale 2024.
