BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2024. Clear yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, fleshy, sulphur hint. Taste is tart, fruity, fleshy apple, pineapple notes, with some light acidity, hint of woody oak. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity oaky acidic finish. Quite drinkable

ABV: 5.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, horse blanket, cheese. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, tart, funky, dry - bone dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181018]
