Third by cask, second day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Shared with Finn. A warm golden body under a filmy layer, scattered lacing. Moderate smell op ripe fruits. Malt-fruity flavours, including caramel malts and ripe fruits. Mid-dry bitter finish. Okay bitter version. (Birmingham 05.02.2020).

8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours clear bright copper with a bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, malt, fruit and veg. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

ABV: 3.8%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, UK yeast, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle from Lord nelson, Nr Nuneaton. Coppery colour with a white head. Aroma is light toffee grainy and fruity. Taste is light toffee sweet, with a light bitter finish.

Cask at the rising sun berko. Copper / amber coloured pour with s sticky thin white head. Aroma is wood and apple, toffee, biscuit, old ale, varnish. Flavour is toffee apple, biscuit, light hedgerow, light solvent. Palate is semi sweet, low carbonation. Tangy finish.
