*Bottle at Brewerkz Clarke Quay. Nice grainy sweetish body. Fresh and round with a moderate bitterness. Nice but not too deep.

Tap at Brewerkz, Orchard Parade. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is sweet fruity malt, a little sugary. The flavour is light bitter with a thin, watery grainy malt, light metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Hazy amber coloured body with a light copper glow and a thin tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, a touch of funk and a little yeastiness. Medium-bodied; Some light spices come out first with nutmeg and cloves fairly noticeable. Aftertaste shows mostly malt, a little bread and a good bit of sugars in the finish. Overall, a good beer for the style and well worth a drink if you are here during the Autumn season (heads up - it’s still ridiculously hot). I sampled this pint on draught at the brew pub in Clarke Quay, Singapore on 02-November-2009.

Draught at the brewpub
Blond color. Lager with a quite bitter finish. If not for a bit of sweetness, I could not tell this one from any can of Lager available at any corner store. I start wondering if they hired a new brewer…
