Cask at Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol. Sampled Nov 2019. Pours unclear gold with white foam. Aroma: fruity, citrus, light yeasty. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, citrus, grass. Medium body with light carbonation. Fair.

ABV: 5.5%. Light cloudy light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, ripe fruit, old citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, ripe fruit, old citrus, tart fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20181018]

18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours golden with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sour fruit and malt. Medium sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finishes with a sharp and slightly unpleasant bitterness. Not keen.

Half-pint, cask ale, shared with Finn at The Red Lion Inn (JDW). Cloudy grey-golden body, patchy white head, laces well. Ripe fruity nose, hints of yeast. Grassy hops to the taste buds, moderate malty sweetness beneath. Bittersweet endnotes. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Morriston, Swansea 02.10.2018).
