Bottle @ Trainride to Buxton. Pours hazy yellow with a White head. Funky and dry. Good hops. Some phenols. Tiny bit of plastic. Beneath just solid Nice farmhouse feel. Dry finish

Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma crisp citrus and yeasty. Taste light tart to dry. Crisp fresh body.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeast, saison yeast, fruity yeast, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity yeast, minerals, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181018]

18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, flowers, malt, hops and yeast. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness.Moderate body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation.
