330 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a foamy head. White wine, funk, sourdough, grapefruit, kalamansi, lime, some mild dry white balsamic vinegar. Dry sourness, zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty funky sour finish. Quite an unusual interesting funky Helles, a bit too sour for my liking. Still good!

Slight hazy golden. Aroma is good worty feinwürzig with floral and light earthy hops. Taste is perfect sweet malt bitter hops balance with somewhat sticky doughy notes. Some bitter spelt in there that is a little off. Otherwise perfectly drinkable and really full bodied. Time will show whether it was a lucky sud or the quality is persistent ;)
