Batch 4 of our small batch series. Linking the parks of Bristol and Caldicot, the return leg of the Fierce & Noble collaboration is a mead Brewed on honey and foraged blackberries, dry hopped with Eclipse hops. Rich, fruity, slightly sour and hoppy with a sweet honey overtone.

24/3/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep maroon purple with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is blackberry, blackcurrant, honey, flowers, hedgerow. Medium sweetness, very slight tartness. Medium body, low carbonation. Nicely done.

375ml bottle from HOTM. Deep red colour, pink foam head and aroma of blackberry, honey, citrusy hops. Taste is sweet, juicy blackberry, honey, with some tartness and citric hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, lingering sweet drying with honey berry & hop at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
