Oktoberfest begins in Munich on September 20th. Our Märzen is amber in colour with a light sweetness and defined notes of biscuit with a touch of caramel. We utilized the German hop Perle for a well-rounded but restrained bitterness.

A copper amber märzen with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, pleasant. In mouth, crisp caramel malt with light grassy hops, faint fruity esters, light butterscotch, OK. On tap at Corner Bar, Orleans.
